Cancellation Policy

We have updated our cancellation policy. Due to many last-minute cancellations, clients with more than 3 last-minute or same-day no-shows, cancellations, session changes, and/or rescheduling will be required to make a deposit for their next session or withdraw from standing sessions. Cancellations, session changes, or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 100%. Please provide 72 hours' notice if changes need to be made. There is a $20 rescheduling fee for changes made with 72 hours' notice. A 100% fee will be collected for cancellations or session changes made within 48 hours or on the same day. These fees must be paid before the next session can be booked.
